Niel and I have been busy working our butts off this summer.
We started the Summer Season with the LA Cuban Festival in Echo Park this May
and were invited back next year. We then joined Vendor’s Row at The Los Angeles
Lotus Festival in Echo Park and got to spend more time in the gorgeous sun, meeting
the locals, listening to soothing Chinese music, and sharing our products…and
were invited back next year.
Something new that we tried is the Arts District Flea Market
in Downtown L.A on Colyton Street. It’s a groovy space that encourages and is
looking for pop-up businesses and start-ups. They’re open on weekends only and
have a range of stuff for sale from art to clothing, candles and jewelry, and
is located behind the Urth Café - http://artsdistrictflea.com/
Of course we have to take a moment to say thanks to our
local Wholefoods Markets in Los Angeles for carrying BOLSAS and/or Pantuflas.
We appreciate all they do to get these wonderful products to you. From helping
you find the ultimate comfy pair of Pantuflas, to getting that BOLSAS that
takes the dreary out of your shopping experience, the Wholebody Dept. Crews are
where it’s at.
Lastly, where would we be without the internet? As Kip
Dynamite sang…”I love technology”. Anyhoo, you see we have a new website….AND a
new Logo!!! Thank you Dorretha Bennem for doing an AMAHZING job on the site.

Ok, now really “Lastly”, thanks to our family and friends who support
us in every way. You’re all a testament to our progress and we want to make you
proud.
We have exciting things happening right now. Niel and I are going on a
pilgrimage to the Holy Land. Seems like forever since we finalized the plans,
and now it’s finally here. Send lots of Infinite Love and Gratitude.
As if all that weren’t enough, we’ve made a “Big Move” and we’ll tell
you more about it when we return from our trip and everything is organized. In the movie biz, we call that.................................. a cliff-hanger :P
